Todd Brunkhorst
I am dedicating my upcoming climb over the Rockies to my friend and former squadron-mate Captain Todd Brunkhorst. He passed away earlier this year after a hard fought battle with cancer and is missed very much by those who knew him. After talking to his wife, Maryanna, also a former squadron-mate, I decided to take on this leg of the ride in his memory. Once a Blackcat, Always a Blackcat!

I only found out about Todd's death tonight after reading an alum newsletter and am shocked and saddened. We were in the same ROTC class in college and I remember him as one of the most honest and genuine people I've met. He was down to earth and a good friend. I am at a complete loss for words. My heartfelt condolences to his family. He will be in my prayers.
